Maya Abou Rouphael is a fitness instructor who was born and raised in Lebanon but based in England. She's multilingual since she can speak and write Arabic, French and English. She has a daughter who she traveled with to UK and married her mother's cousin. Maya wasn't comfortable with her body and this led her to the gym though there were people who made fun of her that females should not have muscles, especially the Arab mentality it’s completely against what she did.
