Jenna Talackova is a very popular Canadian model and TV personality. We want to take this time to publish five things you may not know about this wonderful lady;
1. She was born as a male on October 15, 1988 as Walter Talackov and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia.
2. Concerning her parents, Her father is Czech while her mother is Babine native Canadian, from the Lake Babine Nation in British Columbia.
3. While growing up, she experienced gender dysphoria. When she was in her secondary education at Vancouver's Killarney Secondary School,, she began her gender transition.
4. Jenna have competed in the 2010 Miss International Queen pageant for transgender and transsexual women in Thailand and was disqualified for Miss Universe Canada 2012 after registration. She was later reinstated and made it into the Top 12, but failed to reach the Top 5.
5. Her fame began after she successfully waged a legal battle to be allowed to compete in the Miss Universe Canada.
