Lisa Cross is a British body builder that was born on April 4, 1978 in Rochdale. While growing up she suffered from anorexia (eating disorder) but that didn't stop her from achieving success in GCSE which gave her the opportunity to study Russian and Politics at Birmingham University.
Lisa began training in 2003 and got into bodybuilding in 2006. She got married in 2007 and in 2014 she was awarded with an IFBB pro card which qualified her to compete as a pro. She won 2009 UKBFF Hercules, 2010 UKBFF British Championships and 2015 IFBB Omaha Pro.
