The ever blazing fitness model, NPC athlete, fitness instructor and figure competitor, Ava Cowan was born on October 21, 1974. The fit lady hails from Ridgecrest, California wanted to be an actress and a model while growing up but after repeatedly rejected from auditions she decided to divert into other areas of life and that's how she landed into being a personal trainer although she had the passion for it before.
