Quiana Welch is a fitness instructor, CrossFit athlete and bodybuilder with over 74,000 followers in Instagram. Born in 1985, in New York, Brooklyn (USA), she started from her early years to engage in gymnastics and later volleyball and athletics when she entered college. When the college years were over, she joined a professional women’s lingerie football team precisely ‘Orlando Fantasy’ in the 2010-2011 season.
