Christine Lewis is an American fitness instructor and bikini competitor born in 1992. Growing up wasn't all that fun for her as she suffered depressions due to losing her friends caused by moving from one place to another because her father was a military man and was transferred frequently. At the age of 20, she decided to hit the gym and that really transformed her body.
In 2015, she opened her own website where she offers her services as a personal trainer to help others achieve fitness. The ever-determined lady trains four times per week and some of her diet plans are: Breakfast – Scrambled Egg Whites, Ezekiel Bread, and 1/2 Grapefruit, Snack – Protein Shake, Lunch – Cod, Spinach, and Cucumbers, Snack – Squash Spaghetti, Prawns, and Spinach, Dinner – Salmon, Brown Rice, Spinach, and Avocado.
