Juliya Chernetsky is a Ukrainian TV host that was born on July 10, 1982 in Odessa, Ukraine. She is famous for hosting Fuse's MuchMusicUSA and also for hosting Uranium, Slave to the Metal, and Fuse Top 20 Countdown. She attended Fort Hamilton High School and later Hunter College. Chernetsky is also known as Mistress Juliya.
