Born on 12 January 1984, Taraneh Alidoosti is an Iranian actress who began career when she was only 17 by playing a lead role in I'm Taraneh, 15 (Rasul Sadr Ameli, 2002). Following her amazing talent, she was voted the best Iranian TV actress of the decade in a poll conducted among 130 film critics by Sanate Cinema magazine.

Taraneh got married in 2011 to Ali Mansour and they have a child together named Hana. The movies she has featured in are; Whatever God Wants, Life With Closed Eyes, At the End of 8th Street, The Shallow Yellow Sky, Atom Heart Mother, The Salesman and many others.
