Bea Rose Monterde Santiago is a Filipino model and actress born on February 17, 1990, in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines as the eldest of three children. She is best known for winning Miss International 2013 on December 17, 2013. When she turned 15, she and her family moved to Canada and it was there she studied Communications at York University and her modeling career went more professional when Bea was signed to Elite model. She won the Mutya ng Pilipinas Overseas Communities title.
