Dominique Morisseau, an American actress and playwright who was born in the late 1970s to a Haitian father and an American mother. In the course of her career she has won many awards such as;

Dominique attended University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she met her future husband, Hip Hop artist J. Keys and they got married in 2013. After she graduated from college with a BFA in acting, she didn't take a break in acting but continued with her passion and did work as an actor in a developmental production of The Mountaintop by Katori Hall at the Lark Play Development Center.
