Dena Westerfield is an American professional body builder, trainer and massage therapist who was born on January 26, 1971 in St. Petersburg, Florida. She studied massage therapy at the Humanities Center and also studied at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri in 2002. Dena won the 2005 NPC National and 2001 NPC USA Coastal.
